Ah, “Matilda” — we should have known you’d have a totally different take on the project. Great picture, (great holiday I’m sure!).
Unable to produce a clear copy on time of the ‘far away and long ago…’ so I humbly submit a version of ‘earlier this month’… And, yes, PEI is dreamy place. It’s always about beaches for me. (:

Love the long shadows, and the red sand — which says PEI to me. This is certainly a unique vacation photo, Carin. I wouldn’t have expected less of you. Taken in the early evening? It’s evocative and a little mysterious too. Could be a book cover!
